摘要
目的探讨阿魏酸钠治疗急性病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效及研究进展。方法回顾性分析我院2008年1月至2010年12月临床确诊为急性病毒性心肌炎患者68例,结合临床资料分析阿魏酸钠的诊治方案及进展。结果经阿魏酸钠治疗6周后,患者左室射血分数(LVEF)、心排血量(CO)、每搏输出量(SV)、心指数(CI),较治疗前明显改善。结论阿魏酸钠适用于急性病毒性心肌炎的治疗,在心率变异性改变,左心功能改善及心肌酶恢复方面有明显改善,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate ferules acid sodium treated of acute viral myocarditis clinical efficacy and progress.Methods A retrospective analysis of hospital in January 2008-December 2010,68 patients with clinical diagnosis and treatment of ferules acid sodiumdata analysis program and progress.Results After 6 weeks of treatment ferules acid sodium,LVEF,CO,SV,CI are significantly improved compared with before treatment.Conclusion Ferules acid sodium suitable for the treatment of acute viral myocarditis,changes in heart rate variability,left ventricular function improvement and significant improvement in enzyme recovery,worthy of clinical application.
