冠状动脉无复流现象的机制、诊断和防治进展 被引量:4

摘要 无复流现象(no-reflow phenomenon)最早是在脑缺血的研究中提出的。此后,许多学者在各自的研究中观察到无复流现象亦可发生在其他许多脏器和组织缺血中。1974年,Kloner等[1]首先在犬冠状动脉闭塞后再灌注的试验模型中证实了心肌无复流的概念。近年来,冠脉介入治疗已广泛应用于临床,经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)能在最短时间内开通闭塞血管,是急性心肌梗死(AMI)后血管重建、恢复灌注的一种较有效的治疗方法。
