摘要
目的评价窄谱中波紫外线配合伊曲康唑治疗脂溢性皮炎的疗效。方法我院收治的脂溢性皮炎患者70例,分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予伊曲康唑治疗;观察组采用窄谱中波紫外线配合伊曲康唑治疗。结果观察组总有效率为77.14%高于对照组总有效率48.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论窄谱中波紫外线配合伊曲康唑治疗脂溢性皮炎患者疗效可靠,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective Evaluation efficacy of Narrow-band ultraviolet B joint itraconazole treatment of seborrheic dermatitis.Methods 70 cases of seborrheic dermatitis were divided into observation group and control group.Control group：itraconazole.Observation group：Narrow-band ultraviolet B joint itraconazole.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 77.14% higher than to 48.57% of the control group,difference was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Narrow-band ultraviolet B joint itraconazole treatment of seborrheic dermatitis curative effect is good,has important clinical value.
