摘要
目的观察窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗面部脂溢性皮炎的临床疗效。方法63例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗，初始剂量为0．40J／cm，每周3次，症状缓解则调整为每周1-2次，28d观察疗效；对照组采用中药面膜进行治疗，每周3次，症状好转改为每周2次，28d观察疗效。结果窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗组有效率90％；中药面膜对照组有效率66．67％，两组结果差异显著（P〈0．05）。结论窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗面部脂溢性皮炎疗效明显优于中药面膜治疗。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of NB - UVB（narrow band - ultraviolet B） phototherapy on seborrheie dermatitis on face. Methods Randomly, 63 sebon＇heie dermatitis patients were divided into two groups, UVB group and control group. With a beginning dose of 0.40J/cm, the patients in UVB group accepted UVB phototherapy 3 times a week, then once or twice a week when the symptom was relieved. While those in control group received traditional Chinese medicine, mask pack treatment, 3 times a week （twice a week when the symptom was relived）. Effect of both groups were evaluated 28 days after treatment. Results Effective rate of the UVB group was 90%, while that of the control group was 67 %, Showing significant difference （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Effect of UVB phototherapy is better than traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of seborrheie dermatitis on face.
