摘要
目的探讨乳头体中神经元型一氧化氮合酶(nNOS)与多发性脑梗死的关系。方法建立多发性脑梗死动物模型,用一氧化氮合酶组织化学方法结合显微图像分析观察大鼠乳头体神经元型一氧化氮合酶变化。结果 MCI术后4h实验组大鼠乳头体nNOS阳性神经元数量与平均灰度值(43.09±3.95,183.69±3.80)均大于正常对照组(39.33±2.27,179.70±2.60)(P<0.05)。结论乳头体nNOS神经元与多发性脑梗死密切相关。
Objective To explore the relationship of neuronal nitric oxide synthase(nNOS) in the mammillary bodies and multiple cerebral infarction.Methods To establish an animal model of multiple cerebral infarction,oxide synthase histochemical method was combined with microscopic image analysis,in order to observe the changes of the rat mammillary nNOS.Results MCI postoperative 4 h,the amount of experimental group rats' mammillary nNOS positive neurons and the average gray value(43.09±3.95,183.69± 3.80) was more than that of the control group(39.33±2.27,179.70±2.60)(P0.05).Conclusion The mammillary nNOS neurons is closely relevant to multiple cerebral infarction.
