大负荷训练大鼠海马一氧化氮合酶阳性神经元观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察大负荷训练对大鼠海马各区神经元型一氧化氮合酶(nNOS)表达的影响,探讨海马NOS与疲劳应激的关系。方法:采用ABC免疫组织化学方法对4周大负荷游泳训练后安静状态下大鼠海马CA1区、CA2区和CA3区等部位的nNOS阳性神经元进行观察,用半定量图像处理法对nNOS阳性神经元的数量、面积和灰度进行分析。结果:训练组大鼠CA1区、CA1区、CA3区nNOS阳性神经元数量、面积和灰度均显著大于对照组,提示大负荷训练可使大鼠海马各区神经元型nNOS表达上调,海马nNOS神经元可能参与了运动性疲劳的形成及调控。
