摘要
目的:了解2011年河南洛阳和南阳地区流行的肠道病毒71型(EV71)基因特征。方法:分离洛阳和南阳地区EV71病毒各一株,分别进行全基因测序和基因进化分析。结果:EV71/Luoyang2011和EV71/Nanyang2011的VP1区序列在进化树上均属于C4亚型,与国内流行株都具有较高同源性,与2008年广东流行株亲缘关系最近。这2株全基因核苷酸序列同源性为99.3%,氨基酸序列同源性为97.6%,并且氨基酸均没有发生明显改变。结论:EV71/Luoyang2011和EV71/Nanyang2011属于C4亚型,与我省及我国既往流行株相比,未发生大的变异。
Aim：To analyze the genome of two enterovirus 71 isolated strains obtained from Luoyang and Nanyang in Henan province in 2011.Methods：Two enterovirus 71 isolated strains from Luoyang and Nanyang,respectively,was obtained and the complete genome sequence and phylogenetic analysis were analyzed.Results：The nucleotide sequence of VP-1 regions in EV71/Luoyang2011 and EV71/Nanyang2011 should be classified phylogenetically as subtype C4,which were mostly close to Guangdong Strain in 2008,and shared higher sequence homology with other domestic EV71 strains of China.They were similar to each other,and nucleotide and amino acid sequence identities were 99.3% and 97.6%,respectively.The amino acid sequence identities of them had hardly variation.Conclusion：EV71/Luoyang2011 and EV71/Nanyang2011 belong to subtype C4,and have little variation with other former EV71 strains in China.
