表面活性剂辅助法制备介孔二氧化钛及其光催化性能 被引量:1

Preparation of mesoporous titanium dioxide via the surfactant-assisted method and its photocatalytic properties

摘要 利用表面活性剂辅助法,以二次蒸馏水或无水乙醇为溶剂、钛酸四丁酯为前驱体,制备TiO2及掺杂钒的TiO2催化剂,通过XRD和N2物理吸附-脱附等技术对催化剂进行表征。结果表明,所制样品均具有介孔结构,其中,以无水乙醇为溶剂溶解表面活性剂制备的催化剂具有较规整的介孔结构。在相同反应条件下,掺杂钒后的催化剂与对比催化剂相比,具有更好的光催化降解亚甲基蓝性能。 Using tetrabutyl titanate as the precursor, vent, titanium dioxide and vanadium-doped Ti02 c and redistilled water or anhydrous ethanol as the sol- atalysts were synthesized by the surfactant-assisted method. The as-prepared photocatalysts were characterized by XRD, nitrogen physical adsorption-desorp- tion, etc. The results showed that the products possessed in ethanol solvent had uniformly mesoporous structure. mesoporous structure, and the catalyst prepared Compared with the reference catalyst, vanadium- doped Ti02 catalyst exhibited higher photocatalytic degradation activity of methylene blue under the same reaction condition.
