摘要
目的建立宿迁地区新生儿先天性甲状腺功能减低症(CH)筛查的促甲状腺素(TSH)切值。方法对本地区18个月内127 767例新生儿的TSH检测数据进行统计分析,采用百分比法确定本地区TSH切值,并对新切值进行评估。结果确定本地区新生儿先天性甲低(CH)的筛查切值为8.0μU/ml。采用新切值,阳性召回数量增加382例,可避免1例漏筛。结论 8.0μU/ml的TSH筛查切值更适合宿迁地区。
Objective： To establish cut-off value of thyroid stimulating hormone（TSH） screening for congenital hypothyroidism（CH） in Suqian city.Methods： By statistic analyzing 127,767 cases of neonatal TSH test data obtained during the past 18 months,TSH cut-off value of this region was determined by percentage method.Performance of the new cut-off value was assessed too.Results： The results identified that TSH cut-off should be set at 8.0μU/ml.With the new cut-off value,newborns to be recalled for retest increased by 382 cases,1 case of leakage can be avoided.Conclusion： 8.0μU/ml is more suitable for Suqian city.
