摘要
用体外培养的方法分析了肝片形吸虫及其培养液内花生四烯酸代谢物水平。结果表明 ,肝片形吸虫虫体匀浆中的PGE2 、TBX2 和 6 keto PGF1α水平分别为 0 .93 pg/g± 0 .12 pg/ g ,0 .2 6pg/ g± 0 .0 2 pg/ g和 0 .43 pg/ g± 0 .0 9pg/ g ;培养液中分别为 5 2 .5 0ng/L± 2 .14ng/L ,3 2 .17ng/L± 7.18ng/L和 12 4.81ng/L± 44.3 3ng/L ;均以PGE2 和 6 keto PGF1α为高。提示肝片形吸虫成虫有PGE2 、TBX2 和 6 keto PGF1α等花生四烯酸代谢物存在 ,这类代谢物可能对宿主机体有作用。
Fasciola hepatica flukes were used to analyzed levels of arachidonic acid metabolites in its homogenate and supernatant of incubation in vitro. The results showed that PGE 2, TBX 2,6 keto PGF 1α were 0.93±0.12 pg/g, 0.26±0.02 pg/g, 0.43±0.09 pg/g in fluke homogenate and 52.50±2.14 ng/L, 32.17±7.18 ng/L, 124.81±44.33 ng/L in incubation supernatant, respectively. The higher levels of PGE 2 and 6 keto PGF 1α were found in both fluke homogenate and incubation medium. It was suggested that arachidonic acid metabolites PGE 2、TBX 2 and 6 keto PGF 1α existed in Fasciola hepatica flukes and the metabolites may produce some role for the host.
