摘要
FOXO转录因子参与多种信号传导通路，并在各种病理生理过程中发挥重要的作用包，括增殖、凋亡，因此FOXO转录因子可作为癌症治疗药物的靶点。就FOXO蛋白在癌症靶向治疗的研究进展作一综述。
Forkhead box O （FOXO） transcription factors are involved in muhiple signaling pathways and play critical roles in a number of pathological and physiological processes including proliferation and apoptosis, so this family of transcription factors appears to be a promising target for future drug discovery for cancers. This review presents the research progress of FOXO proteins as a target for cancer therapy.
