摘要 间质干细胞(MSC)能够向炎症和肿瘤部位趋化,参与肿瘤微环境的组成,对肿瘤的生长和转移起重要作用。对间质干细胞在肿瘤生长与转移中的作用及机制研究将为肿瘤发生及肿瘤靶向治疗提供新的思路。 Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have been found to home to tissues/organs with inflammation, the sites of growing tumors, as well as to participate in the formation of the tumor micro-environment, suggesting that MSCs play important roles in tumor growth and metastasis. To study the roles and mechanisms of MSCs in tumor growth and metastasis will provide new insights into tumorigenesis and tumor target therapy.
