摘要
目的探讨稽留流产护理干预。方法随机选择近年在我科就治的患者96例,对照组48例,采取常规护理。观察组48例,采取常规护理和心理专项护理。两组病例年龄、体重、怀孕次数、人流次数、合并症等无显著性差异。采用SPSS 15.0软件进行数据分析,P<0.05。结果观察组病例出现人流综合症、术后感染的例数、术中平均失血量明显低于对照组,术后患者情绪状态明显优于对照组。两组数据存在明显的差异,有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对于稽留流产患者进行常规护理的同时,实施心理专项护理,提供心理呵护,能提高治疗效果。
Objective To discuss the nursing intervention of missed abortion.Methods 96 cases patients were selected randomly in recent years in our department,48 cases of the control group took the routine nursing care.48 cases of the observation group,adopted the routine nursing and psychological nursing specific.Two groups of case of illness age,weight,number of pregnancies,stream of people,the number of co morbidities of no significant difference.Using SPSS15.0 software for data analysis（P〈0.05）.Results The observation group cases of abortion syndrome,postoperative infection cases,inoperative mean blood loss was significantly lower than the control group,patients with postoperative mood state was significantly better than the control group.Two sets of data have obvious differences,there were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusions When the patients with missed abortion are treated by routine care,the implementation of psychological special nursing and psychological care can improve the therapeutic effect.
