摘要
目的研究对于稽留流产患者实施优质护理服务的应用效果。方法选取我院妇产科2014年1月到2015年1月间接受常规护理服务的27例稽留流产患者作为对照组,选取2015年3月至2016年3月间接受优质护理服务的27例患者作为实验组。比较两组患者的临床护理满意度与心理焦虑抑郁状态评分。结果实验组的临床护理满意度为92.59%,显著高于对照组的70.37%(P<0.05)。干预后,实验组的心理焦虑抑郁状态评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论为稽留流产患者提供优质护理服务,重点做好心理疏导工作与疾病健康宣教,可提高患者满意度,改善患者的心理抑郁状态。
Objective To study the application effect of high quality nursing in patients with missed abortion. Methods 27 cases of patients with missed abortion receiving conventional nursing in the department of gynaecology and obstetrics of our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected as control group, and another 27 cases of patients receiving high quality nursing from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected as experimental group. The clinical nursing satisfaction degree and scores of mental anxiety and depression were compared between two groups. Results The clinical nursing satisfaction degree of experimental group was 92.59%, significantly higher than 70.37% of control group （P〈0.05）. After intervention, the scores of mental anxiety and depression of experimental group were significantly lower than those of control group （.P 〈0.05）. Conclusions High quality nursing for patients with missed abortion, which focuses on psychological counseling and health education, can improve the patients＇ satisfaction degree and mental depression.
