摘要
将甜椒在室温下 ( ( 17± 1℃ ) ,80 %~ 90 %RH)和在适宜甜椒贮藏的低温下 ( 8~ 10℃ ,80 %~ 90 %RH)贮藏 ,分别用 0 .0 4mm的低密度聚乙烯薄膜包装贮藏及用笔者研制的可食性成膜保鲜剂浸渍成膜 ,代替薄膜包装贮藏 ,测试甜椒在贮藏期2 0天内的生理生化指标。
This paper described the research of eatable membrane in preservation of sweet peppers.The constituents of eatable membrane are chitosan from the shell of crab and shrimp and other biological agents.Compared with storaged experiments at room temp.((17±1) ℃,80%~90% RH),wrapped in plastic bag of 0.04 mm low density polyethyilen and coating with eatable membrane(8~10 ℃,80%~90%RH),the storaged effect with eatable membrane coating is the best.During 20 storaged days,the plant physiological and biochemical indexes were detectied periolically,such as rate of water loss,intensity of risperation and chlorophylls.The results show the method of eatable membrane coating in preservation of sweet peppers is feasible.
