摘要
高校文献资源是高校教学科研的重要组织部分,对于经济欠发达地区的海南,高校文献资源如何建设,以适应高校升格转型、学科建设、教学科研需要。根据海南省教育科研数字图书馆和海南高校图书馆文献资源建设情况,提出了全省高校文献资源保障建设对策与保障措施。
Literature resources are an important part of teaching and research in universities.How should literature resources be built to adapt to adapt to need of university upgraded transformation,discipline construction and teaching and research in the undeveloped province Hainan.This paper puts forward the countermeasures to ensure the construction of literature resources in universities in Hainan according to the construction of The Digital Libraries of Education and Research and the university libraries of Hainan.
