摘要
分析馆藏数字资源管理存在的几个问题:数字资源摄取涉及的存档权、组织规范控制、持久存储安全管理及用户访问与查询权限,通过总结国内外数字资源管理政策,提出相应的管理策略。
This article makes an analysis of existing problems of the management of digital resources stored in libraries： such as, the lawful fights for collecting and storing the digital resources, the control of organizational norms, the safety of permanent storage, and the limits of the enquiry and utilization of the digital resources by readers. The author of this article summarizes the management policies domestic and foreign, and presents some reasonable management tactics.
