软化剂和填料用量对SBS混合料流变性能的影响

EFFECT OF SOFTENING AGENT & FILLER LOADING ON RHEOLOGICAL BEHAVIOR OF SBS COMPOUNDS

摘要 本研究以注塑鞋工艺为基础,选用国产鞋用型苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三嵌段共聚物(SBS)加入不同量的环烷油和碳酸钙及适量热塑性树脂、稳定荆、脱模剂等做成混合料。使用美国孟山多公司制造的自动毛细管流变仪,在150~200℃和剪切速率为24~2379S^(-1)条件下进行了流变曲线、流变指数、表观粘度及恒剪切速率下的流动活化能的测定及计算。 本研究还与Solpretie 475进行了对比试验,结果表明国产YH-805在注塑鞋生产中其工艺性能与Solprene 475相比不会出现明显的差异。 Using the Monsanto Processibility Tester the rheological behavior of compounds were investigated at the wide range of temperature between 150-200℃ and shear rate between 101-103 S-1 in the base of injection processing technology of shoe sole. The copounds is made from domestic TPE styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) block copolymer (radial, S/B=40 /60, oil 33.3wt.%) , different content of naphthenic oil (10-50 part) and calcium carbonate (25-55 part) . The result showed that the compounds containing oil and CaCO3 was non-Newton fluid, it's rheological index was in the range of 0.3-0.4. The amount of oil and CaCO3 didn't affect the rheological index. The rheological index increase as temperature rise. The amount of oil had obviously effect on shear stress and apparent viscosity. As the amount of oil increase the shear stress decrease about 12-120 KPa, apparent viscosity decrease 19-1300 Pa.S. Rangeability of decrease was sensitive to the shear rate. The amount of CaCO3 only had a little effect on the shear stress and viscosity of compounds when the content of CaCO3 was lower than 55 parts. It's shear stress was between 12.3-190.0 K.Pa viscosity between 30-2000Pa.S. These properties also were sensitive to temperature. The apparent viscosity of compounds decrease as temperature rise. The flow activation energy under the constant shear rate was about 23-44 KJ/mol. Under the same shear rate the amount of oil and CaCO3 have not obviously effect on the flow activation energy. As the shear rate increase the flow activation energy decrease.This papers also compared rheological properties of Solprene 475 with that of domestic SBS. The result demenstrated that flow activation energy of domestic SBS lower that of Solprene 475 about 4 KJ/mol. from the beginning of shear rate 102S-1. Other rheological properties of domestic SBS were approximately same with that of Solprene 475. It's may be predicted that the injection processing technology of domestic SBS shoe sole, was approxi-metely same with that of Solprene 475.
