摘要
目的:观察中药联合一般生活方式干预的综合干预,对于糖耐量减低(IGT)合并代谢综合征(MS)气阴两虚兼热证患者转糖尿病风险的影响。方法:采用多中心、随机、双盲、安慰剂平行对照临床研究。420例IGT气阴两虚兼热证患者,随机分为中药联合一般生活方式干预组及安慰剂联合一般生活方式干预组,观察12个月。对其PPs中符合MS诊断标准的患者进行分析。结果:纳入统计122例,治疗组63例,对照组59例,两组基线时各项资料无明显统计学差异。结果显示,中医综合干预可降低IGT合并MS(气阴两虚兼热证)患者发生糖尿病的相对风险55.6%,同时可控制血糖等代谢综合征组分及心血管危险因子,还可改善中医症状。结论:中医综合干预对于IGT合并MS气阴两虚兼热证患者具有保护作用。
Objective： To observe the effects of traditional Chinese medicine combined general lifestyle on the risk of patients with impaired glucose tolerance（IGT） combined metabolic syndromes（MS）transform into diabetes.Methods： This study is a multicenter,randomized,double-blind,placebo-controlled trial.420 cases meet the diagnosis of IGT（Qi and Yin Deficiency and Heat-type） would be included into the study.The research objects would be randomly divided into two groups： traditional Chinese medicine combined general lifestyle interfering group and placebo combined general lifestyle interfering group.The observe time is 12 months.Analyzing and statistics those meet the diagnostic criteria for metabolic syndrome in thePPs.Results： A total of 122 cases were included in statistics.The general information has no significant difference in patients with baseline.The treatment has reduce the diabetes related risk value of 55.6%.It also has a significant difference between groups on cardiovascular risk factors such as blood glucose,which can also improve the TCM clinical symptoms.Conclusion： The results shows that the traditional Chinese medicine combined general lifestyle intervention can protect patients with impaired glucose tolerance combined metabolic syndromes（Qi and Yin Deficiency and Heat-type） from transforming into DM.
