糖尿病与代谢综合征临床研究新概念 被引量：7

摘要 糖尿病是一种严重危害人类健康的重大非传染性慢性疾病,其并发症更是致残、致死的重要原因。新近研究对糖尿病发病学及其相关因素的新理念,糖尿病治疗达标新认识及治疗达标新策略等已达成共识。针对我国糖尿病及其并发症的高患病率、低知晓率、低达标率、高危害性及其带来的沉重的社会经济负担的现状,为提高临床医师对糖尿病及其并发症的诊断意识及诊疗水平,本刊特邀请了河北工程大学医学院内分泌科张辉主任、河北医科大学第三医院的王战建教授等对国际糖尿病联盟代谢综合征最新全球共识定义及2型糖尿病治疗达标新策略、新技术等进行介绍,以飨读者。
