摘要 GIPC蛋白即G蛋白信号调节体-G alpha相互作用蛋白C端,在蛋白流动、胞吞作用和受体聚集方面发挥重要作用。同时,GIPC蛋白在肿瘤发生中发挥重要的调节机制,可能是一个新的肿瘤相关抗原和治疗靶点。有关GIPC蛋白的研究近年在国际上形成了一个新的热点。我们以GIPC蛋白与肿瘤发生机制为重点,简要综述国内外关于该蛋白的研究现状。 GIPC protein(regulator of G protein signalingG alphainteracting protein COOH) plays an important role in protein trafficking, endocytosis and receptor clustering. Meanwhile GIPC is an important regulator in tumori genesis mechanism as a new tumorassociated antigen and therapeutic target. Therefore, the research of GIPC has become a hot topic in recent years. In this article, we mainly reviewed the relationship between GIPC and tu morigenesis.
