摘要
病毒性心肌炎(VMC)是一种由多种致病因素所引起的复杂疾病,包括病毒感染对心肌的损害、细胞免疫以及多种细胞因子等介导的心肌损害和微血管损伤。近年来VMC的发病呈逐年上升趋势,其发病症状隐匿,且易发生心源性猝死,加重了其危害性。本文就急性VMC发病机制进行总结,同时回顾近年来VMC的治疗药物进展。
Viral myocarditis（VCM） is a complex disease caused by multiple pathogenetic factors,including viral infection,cell immunological factors,and multiply cytokine factors.In recent years,the incidence of acute viral myocarditis has been on rise.The symptoms of acute viral myocarditis are concealed,and is prone to result in cardiogenic sudden death,which makes it more lethal.This article summarized researches on the pathogenesis and the treatment of acute viral myocarditis.
