摘要
目的探讨栀子、黄连、黄芩、大青叶及复方制剂在体外抗柯萨奇B3病毒(CVB3)的作用。方法用细胞培养技术比较栀子、黄连、黄芩、大青叶及复方制剂等药物对CVB3引起的细胞病变的抑制作用。结果黄芩抗病毒作用最强,治疗指数(TI)为35.09;黄连抑制病毒增殖的作用最强,TI为83;栀子抑制病毒吸附和增殖作用最强,TI为238.09。结论栀子、黄连、黄芩、大青叶及复方制剂等药物对CVB3增殖的不同环节均有抑制作用。
Objective To Observe the inhibition of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis, Coptis chinensis , Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi, Folium Isatidis and their mixture on Coxsackie virus B3(CV3) in vitro. Methods Compare with the cytopathic effect(CPE) induced by the inhibition of the traditional Chinese herbs on CVB3 by the method of cell culture. Results Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi was the most effective herb of antivirus compared with others traditional Chinese herbs,it' s therapeutic index (TI) was 35.09. The Coptis chinensis Franch was the most powerful herb in the inhibition on the proliferation of CVB3, and it' s the TI was 83. The Gardenia jasminoides Ellis was the most effective on the supression of CVB3 absorption and multiplication, the TI was 238.09. Conclusion The traditional Chinese herbs could suppress CVB3 proliferation in different links.
