摘要
目的:观察慢性肾衰竭患者使用尿毒清颗粒的同时应用中药保留灌肠的治疗效果。方法:患者自主选药分组,选择常规药物控制基础上,使用尿毒清颗粒的同时应用中药保留灌肠的53例患者为灌肠组;选择常规药物控制、包醛氧化淀粉治疗的47例患者为服药组。治疗4个月,比较肾功能变化,以及血尿酸、血红蛋白等指标值。结果:治疗后灌肠组肾功能改善明显,尿素氮值和血肌酐值明显下调,GFR有所回升(P<0.05),血清蛋白和血红蛋白含量大幅升高(P<0.05);服药组上述指标值变化并不明显(P>0.05),变化幅度比灌肠组小;血尿酸变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:慢性肾衰竭患者使用尿毒清颗粒的同时应用中药保留灌肠可获得确定疗效,费用少,损伤小,能改善肾功能,提高身体营养状况。
Objective： To observe the effect of retention enema of Chinese herb and Niaoduqing granule on the treatment of chronic renal failure.Methods：A total of 100 cases with chronic renal failure were selected and randomly divided into two groups.A total of 53 patients in retention enema group were treated by Niaoduqing granule and rention enema based on conventional drugs;while 47 patients in control group were treated by conventional drugs,coated aldehyde oxystarch.Kidney function,blood uric acid and hemoglobin were observed and compared.Results：After treatment,renal function in enema group was improved significantly,urea nitrogen and serum creatinine were significantly decreased,and GFR was significantly increased（all P0.05）;while the changes in control group was not significant（P0.05）,and there was no significant difference in uric acid after treatment（P0.05）.Conclusions：Retention enema of Chinese herb and Niaoduqing granule is effective,of less cost,and less injury.It can improve renal function and nutrition situation of patients with chronic renal failure.
