摘要
目的分析变态反应性支气管肺曲霉菌病的临床特征。方法回顾性分析30例ABPA患者的临床表现、影像学表现特征。结果 30例患者均有不同程度的咳嗽、咯痰和喘息症状,肺CT示中心性支气管扩张。治疗后20例治愈,8例症状好转。结论掌握ABPA的临床特征和影像学表现可有效避免误诊。
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis（ABPA）.Methods The clinical data and radiological manifestation in 30 patients with ABPA were analyzed retrospectively.Results 30 cases of ABPA patients has the symptoms of cough, expectoration and asthmatic in varying degrees.CT indicated all cases were with central bronchiectasis.20 cases were cured,8 cases get better.Conclusion To avoid miss-diagnosis of ABPA it is necessary to master the clinical characteristics and radiological manifestation.
