摘要 近年来,纳米技术的快速发展促进了其在医学领域的应用研究。纳米银作为纳米家族的重要一员,将银纳米化,其生物学功能产生了质的飞跃。研究人员将纳米银作用于体外恶性肿瘤细胞,发现纳米银具有抗癌作用。也有文献报道纳米银在肿瘤早期诊断和预后监测方面有重要作用。现就纳米银的抗癌特性,在癌症诊断、治疗方面的潜在应用价值予以综述。 In recent years,the rapid advancement of nanotechnology has fuelled a burgeoning interest of its use in the field of medical research.Silver nanoparticles is one of the most significant members in nano family,which is essentially the nanorization of silver.Comparing to the traditional silver,its physicochemical properties produce the qualitative leap.When exposed to nanoparticles,carcinoma cells in vitro exhibit irreversible damage and death,which suggests the antitumor properties of nanoparticles.Meanwhile,some literatures have confirmed its crucial role in early diagnosis and prognosis monitoring of cancer.Here is to make a review on the cancer fighting properties of nanoparticles as well as its potential application for cancer diagnosis and treatment.
