摘要
GABAA受体是神经系统重要的抑制性受体,涉及抑郁、焦虑、癫痫、记忆障碍、药物依赖等多种神经精神类疾病的发病机制和诊断医疗,近年来有关该受体对人体镇静、镇痛、肌松等的研究逐步深化。现从GABAA受体亚基与结合位点的关联性,GABAA合成、转运、代谢的影响因素以及GABAA与HPA轴的反向调节等方面简述GABAA受体调控机制和介导的相关疾病研究情况。
GABAA receptor(GABAAR)is recognized as one of the important inhibitory receptors which contibutes to the pathogenesis and treatment of several neurological and psychiatric disorders including depression,anxiety,epilepsy,dysmnesia and drug dependence.The profound inestigation of GABAAR also reveals other functions correlating with sedation,analgesia and muscle relaxation.Here is to summarize its regulation mechanism and relevant deseases from three aspects:the relevance of GABAAR′s subunits and binding sites,GABAAR′s anabolism and its feedback regulation with HPA aixs.
