摘要
目的研究奥拉西坦对老年精神分裂症患者认知功能的治疗效果。方法将48例老年精神分裂症患者随机分为喹硫平联合奥拉西坦组(研究组)24例和喹硫平组(对照组)24例,分别应用喹硫平联合奥拉西坦和单用喹硫平治疗8周。于治疗前和治疗8周末测定认知功能,用阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)于治疗前和治疗8周末评定临床疗效。结果治疗8周末,两组各认知测验和PANSS分较治疗前均有改善(P<0.05或P<0.01);视觉再生测验、数字广度测验和连线A测验及连线B测验总分变化值研究组高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论奥拉西坦可以改善老年精神分裂症患者的认知功能。
Objective To study the efficacy of oxiracetam on cognitive impairment in aged schizophrenic patients. Methods A total of 48 aged patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into study group treated with quetiapine combined with oxiracetam and control group treated with quetiapine monotherapy for 8 weeks. The cognitive function was assessed at baseline and at the 8th weekend. The clinical efficacy was evaluated with Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale （ PANSS ）. Results At the 8th weekend, scores of cognitive test and PANSS were improved significantly compared with those at baseline （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Total score of visual reproduction subsets, digit span test,trail making test A and B in study group were significantly higher than those in control group （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Oxiracetam could improve the the cognitive function of aged schizophrenic patients.
