摘要
在全球经济一体化的今天,单一知识结构的外语毕业生逐渐受用人单位的冷落,而对具有复合型外语人才的需求越来越大。从复合型外语人才的概念入手,着重探讨了想要培养外语复合型人才必须先建立复合型外语教师队伍的重要性以及目前培养外语复合型人才的几种模式。
In the present context of globalization,foreign languages majors equipped with sole discipline are deserted by employees while interdisciplinary talents tend to be in hot demand in job markets.This essay interprets the concept of interdisciplinary talents and explores the importance of the establishment of interdisciplinary teachers before cultivating interdisciplinary university graduates.The essay also introduces several popular talent cultivating modes in China.
