摘要
目的观察用药教育对患者用药依从性的作用。方法将在本院门诊使用药物治疗的300例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各150例。对照组采用传统取药方式;观察组由药师与患者或家属交谈,进行合理用药教育。通过上门或电话随访患者用药的依从情况,了解用药教育对患者用药依从性的影响。结果观察组患者用药完全依从率为96.7%,明显高于对照组的82.0%(P<0.01)。结论用药教育对提高患者用药依从性具有重要作用。
Objective To observe the effect of medication education on compliance. Methods Three hundred outpatients treated in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group （150 patients） and control group （150 patients）, in which the outpatients in the control group received traditional medication method, while the＂ pharmacist had a conversation with the outpatients in the experimental group about the rational use of drug. The influence of medication education on the patients＇ compliance was investiga- ted by door-to-door or telephone follow-up. Results The complete medication compliance rate （96.7%）of the patients in the experi- mental group was obviously higher than that in the control group （82.0%） （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Medication education plays an important role in improving patients＇ compliance.
