综合健康教育模式对妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症患者教育效果的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨提高妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症(intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy,ICP)患者健康教育效果的方法。方法选择产科住院ICP患者274例,根据患者的疾病认知反应类型,以建立护士、医生、家属、病友共同参与的健康教育团队为基础,实行心理健康教育与疾病健康教育相结合的教育模式。比较实施综合健康教育模式前后患者对ICP相关知识的掌握情况、出院后孕期监测的依从性、对护理服务的满意度。结果实施综合健康教育模式后观察组患者对ICP相关知识的掌握情况得分、出院后孕期监测的依从性和对护理服务的满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将心理健康教育与疾病健康教育相结合,及家属参与的健康教育模式,体现了健康教育的个性化原则,提高患者对教育知识的接受程度,可有效提高健康教育的效果。 Objective To explore the effect of improving the health education method on patients with intrahepatic cholestasis during pregnancy (ICP). Methods According to the types of disease cognitive reaction of patients and based upon a health education team with nurses, doctors, family members and patients, an education model combination of mental health education with health education was performed. The related knowledge of ICP, pregnant monitoring compliance after discharge and satisfaction with the nursing service were compared before and after the implementation of the model. Results After the implementation of the model, the related knowledge of ICP, the monitoring compliance and the satisfaction for nursing service were better in the observation group than those in the control group ( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion The health education mode reflects 'the individual principle of health education,improves the degree of acceptance of education knowledge and effectively improves the health education efficiency.
