摘要
动物麻醉颉颃剂是指能有效地颉颃麻醉药物对中枢神经系统的抑制和其他毒副作用的一类药物的统称,有时也称为苏醒剂或解药。动物麻醉颉颃剂主要用来控制麻醉的时间和麻醉的深度,克服麻醉剂的不良作用和并发症,加速动物生理功能的恢复以及用于麻醉药过量中毒时的急救。其目的在于提高麻醉的有效性和安全性。因此,动物麻醉颉颃剂是安全有效的动物麻醉术的重要组成部分。
Animal anaesthetic antagonist namely waken agent or antidote,can effectively antagonize depression and adverse effects of anaesthetics on central nervous system.Animal anesthetic antagonist,which aims to enhance the efficacy and safety of anaesthetics that is mainly used to control the time and depth of anaesthesia,overcome the complication and adverse effects of anaesthetics,accelerate the recovery of physiologic function.Animal anaesthetic antagonist can also be used for emergency treatment of anaesthetic overdose.Thus,animal anaesthetic antagonist is an essential part for safety in animal anaesthetic techniques.
