摘要
试验旨在研究黄芪多糖(APS)对肉仔鸡生长前期的小肠形态结构的影响。试验选用1日龄健康艾维茵肉仔鸡256只,随机分为4个组,每组8个重复,每个重复8只鸡。分别饲喂含0.0.2%、0.4%和0.6%APS的饲粮,饲养试验为14 d,然后采用组织学技术研究肉仔鸡小肠黏膜结构的形态及其变化。结果表明,APS对1~14日龄肉仔鸡小肠形态结构有显著影响。各试验组的小肠形态结构都比对照组完整;各试验组在十二指肠、空肠及回肠的绒毛高度和宽度、黏膜厚度、绒腺比值及绒毛表面积均高于对照组;APS对小肠形态结构发育影响的效果在1~7日龄阶段高于1~14日龄阶段。结果显示,添加APS可增加肉仔鸡小肠绒毛的高度和宽度、黏膜厚度、绒腺比及绒毛表面积,而且以0.4%、0.6%的添加剂量较为突出,但随着日龄的增长,效果逐渐减弱。
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of Astragalus polysaccharide(APS) on mucosal structure in small intestine of 14-day-old Broilers.Two hundred and fifty-six healthy 1-day-old Avian broilers were randomly assigned to four dietary treatments with eight replicates per treatment and eight broilers per replicate.The broilers were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0,0.2%,0.4% and 0.6% APS,respectively.The feeding trial lasted for 14 days.After that the mucosal structure of small intestine was observed.The results showed that adding APS could have significant effects on mucosal structure in small intestine of 14-day-old Broilers.There was significantly difference in the morphological change of mucosa of small intestine,the treatments were better in the morphology than that of control,meanwhile,the heights and widens of villus,thickness of mucosa,V/C value and villus surface area in treatment groups were larger those that of control and also the effects of APS on morphology development in small intestine were more effective in the 7-day-old Broilers than that of 14-day-old Broilers.These results indicated that APS could improve the heights and widens of villus,thickness of mucosa,V/C value and villus surface area,and the treatments with adding 0.4% and 0.6% APS were the most effective groups,but the effects became weaker gradually with the growth of age.
