摘要
综述了国内外近年来在乳铁蛋白结构、功能、制备和应用等方面的研究进展,并对乳铁蛋白未来的研究趋势进行了展望。
Lactoferrin is a kind of basic protein which naturally exists in milk and has multiple biological activities.In recent years,along with the development and utilization of dairy products,the research of lactoferrin has been increasingly deepened.This paper summarized the research advances in the structure,function,preparation,application and so on of lactoferrin in the world in recent years,and looked forward the study trendy of lactoferrin in the future.
