不同留果量对大丰杏果实裂果及其品质的影响 被引量:4

Influence of Different Remained Fruits on Fruit Cracking and Quality of Dafeng Apricot

摘要 以大丰杏为试验材料,研究了不同疏果处理对果实裂果率和品质的影响,结果表明:随着果间距的增大,大丰杏果实的裂果率呈现逐步上升的趋势,不疏果处理(对照)的裂果率最低。此外,疏果处理可显著提高果实的单果重、可溶性固形物、可溶性糖和VC含量,降低果实硬度、可滴定酸和钙含量。 Taking Dafeng apricot as the tested material,the fruit cracking and quality were studied after different fruit thinning treatments.The results showed that the fruit cracking rate of Dafeng apricot gradually increased with the increase of the space between fruits,and the treatment of no fruit-thinning had the lowest fruit cracking rate.In addition,the fruit-thinning treatment could obviously increase the single-fruit weight,soluble solids content,soluble sugar content and VC content,and reduce the fruit hardness,titratable acid content and calcium content.
