摘要
裂果是果实发育过程中发生的一种生理性病害,果实开裂会影响其外观及品质,导致果实商品价值降低,从而造成经济损失。充分了解果实裂果机制对制定综合防治措施具有重要的理论指导意义。本文综述了不同果树果实的裂果情况、影响裂果的遗传特点及导致裂果的原因等方面的研究进展,并提出了相应的防治措施。
Fruit cracking, a physiological disease that occurs during fruit development, can affect fruit appear- ance and quality. When fruit cracking occurs, it may reduce the commodity value of fruit and cause economic losses. A well understanding of the fruit cracking mechanism is of great theoretical significance in guiding the establishment of integrated prevention and control measures to it. This review briefly summarizes the research on fruit cracking of different fruit trees, the genetic characteristics affecting cracking, and the cause of it, and some prevention measures are also put forward.
