摘要
电-机械转换器是电液伺服/比例阀的关键元件之一,其按照工作原理的不同可以分为电磁能量转换式和基于功能材料的电-机械转换器等两大类。对这两大类电-机械转换器的研究进展进行了综述,详细介绍了其工作原理并比较了各自的优缺点。最后对其在当前电液伺服/比例阀中的实际应用情况和存在的问题作了总结和讨论。
The electro-mechanical converter is one of the crucial components of electro-hydraulic servo/proportional valve.According to the difference of working principle,the electro-mechanical converter can be divided into two types: one based on the principle of electro-mechanical energy conversion and the other based on functional materials.The research processes of these two sorts of electro-mechanical converters were reviewed in detail,where the relevant working principles were introduced and the advantages and shortcomings compared respectively.Finally the practical application situation of electro-mechanical converter for electro-hydraulic servo/proportional valve is summarized and some existing problems are discussed.
