二维阀测空化噪声的数值模拟 被引量:2

Numerical Simulation of Noise Caused by Cavitation Flow in Two-Dimensional Valve Pilot Stage

摘要 二维阀将先导级和功率级集成在一个阀芯上,具有体积小、结构简单、功重比大等优点。通过分析先导级流场的特性发现,阀口开度的变化会引起阀套斜槽内的压强急剧变化,空化特征明显。基于计算流体力学方法,数值计算了二维阀先导级的空化流动,预测空化噪声。结果表明:空化条件下,空化气团的聚集影响了阀内流体的流态,空化噪声是主要的噪声源,声能量密度集中在200 Hz以内,在200 Hz外声压曲线基本趋于平缓,声压级稳定在120 dB,声压频带变宽。 Two-dimensional valve integrates the pilot stage and power stage into one spool,which has the advantages of small size,simple structure and large power-weight ratio.By analyzing the characteristics of the flow field in the pilot stage,it is found that the change of valve opening will cause the sharp change of pressure in the chute of the valve sleeve,and the cavitation characteristics are obvious.Based on the CFD method,the cavitation flow of the pilot stage was numerically calculated and the cavitation noise was predicted.The results show that under cavitation condition,the accumulation of cavitation air mass affects the flow state of the fluid in the valve,and the cavitation noise is the main noise source.The sound energy density is concentrated within 200 Hz,and the sound pressure curve tends to be flat outside 200 Hz,and the sound pressure level is stable at 120 dB,and the sound pressure frequency band becomes wider.
