摘要
在分析现有数控铣削力模型的基础上,总结了各模型的优缺点。以材料为2A12铝合金的薄壁板为例,在特定切削条件下进行实验研究。利用EXCEL对实验数据进行回归分析,得到铣削力预测公式,为后续有限元分析提供了合理的施加载荷。
Based on analyzing existing NC milling force model,advantages and disadvantages of the models were summarized.Taking 2A12 aluminum alloy thin-walled board as example,experiential study was made under special processing conditions.Regression analysis for the experimental data was done by EXCEL and milling force forecasting formulas were gotten.So reasonable load can be provided for finite element analysis.
