摘要
在改进传统切削力经验公式的基础上,以3Cr2Mo塑料模具钢为研究对象,利用高速铣削力的实验数据,通过构造方程组和矩阵,推导并求解出3Cr2Mo塑料模具钢铣削力的数学模型。对计算的切削力理论值和实验获得的实测值进行了比较,结果表明该铣削力数学模型的误差可控制在6%以内,能满足实际工程要求。
On the basis of improving the traditional cutting force formula , high-speed milling force model of 3Cr2Mo plastic mold steel is derived and solved out by using of the experimental data of high-speed cutting force of 3Cr2Mo steel and constructing equations and matrix. The comparison of milling force calcu- lated and measured shows that the accuracy of the mathematical model of milling force can be controlled in 6% and can meet practical engineering requirements.
