摘要
为了减少超声导波检测中频散特性带来的影响,提出一种用于产生窄带脉冲信号的波形发生器设计方案。波形发生器的设计基于幅度调制的思想,电路由函数发生器MAX038、乘法器AD834、模拟开关DG401等元件构成,实现汉宁窗调制单一频率信号的功能。同时,波形信号的单音频信号频率可调,汉宁窗宽度可调。电路的MULTISIM仿真验证了设计的可行性。该方案由纯硬件实现,操作方便,对超声导波检测激励源的研制有一定的参考价值。
To reduce the effect of frequency dispersion in ultrasonic guided wave detection,this paper presents a design scheme of a waveform generator for generating narrow-band pulse,which is based on the idea of amplitude modulation.This generator,which can modulate the single-frequency signal by the Hanning window,is composed of the function generator chip max038,the multiplier AD834,the analog switch DG401,etc.Both the frequency of the single-frequency signal and the width of the Hanning window are adjustable.Simulations on Multisim validate the feasibility and effectiveness of the design.This generator is merely realized by hardware and easy to operate.The design scheme has reference value for excitation source research of ultrasonic guided wave testing.
