摘要
生长激素(GH)是一种由垂体嗜酸性细胞分泌的重要肽类激素。其基因定位于17q24.2,分子量22kDa,含有191氨基酸。分子结构与垂体催乳素(PRL)和胎盘生乳素(hPL)具有同源性。GH的合成与分泌主要受下丘脑生长激素释放激素和生长抑素的双重调节。
Growth hormone could be impact follicle genesis and steroidogenesis after combined with it's receptor on ovarian cells directly, or through the regulation of insulin-like growth factors level. Based studies have shown that growth hormone affects the growth and development of preantral or antral follicles, promoting its' maturation or increasing the number of ovulation and impact of steroid hormone synthesis. The protocol of gonadotropin combined with growth hormone was reported useful in poor ovarian responder and aging women during controlled ovarian stimulation treatment in most literature. But the results are still controversial. Clarified the indication and benefits of growth hormone combined will help to improve the effective of human ovulation induction regimens.
