摘要
目的建立测定解毒祛瘀滋肾方中芍药苷含量的方法,为其质量控制提供依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法对解毒祛瘀滋肾方中芍药苷的含量进行测定,色谱柱为C18柱(10 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(12∶88),流速1.0 mL/min,柱温25℃,检测波长为230 nm。结果芍药苷含量测定的线性范围为0.78～3.90μg,r=0.9997,加样回收率为99.68%。结论本法快速、简便、准确,能有效控制解毒祛瘀滋肾方的质量。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determining the content of Paeoniflorin in Jiedu Quyu Zishen Prescription,and provide the basis for quality control.Methods Paeoniflorin in Jiedu Quyu Zishen Prescription was determined by HPLC method.The HPLC system consisted of Cl8 column,with acetonitrile-H2O（12∶88） mixture as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,column temperature was 25 ℃,and detecting wavelength was set at 230 nm.Results The linear range of Paeoniflorin was 0.78-3.90 μg,r=0.999 7.The average recovery rate was 99.68%.Conclusion The method was quick,simple and accurate.It can be used in the quality control of Jiedu Quyu Zishen Prescription.
