小腿三头肌撕裂伤在磁共振成像的影像表现 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究小腿肌肉撕裂伤的磁共振成像(MRI)的影像表现。方法:分析19例有明确小腿外伤病史、临床及MRI资料完整的完全撕裂或部分撕裂伤病例,总结其特征性的MRI表现。结果:MRI诊断完全撕裂12例,MRI特征性表现为肌肉形态不规则,各序列呈混杂性高信号,连续性完全中断并回缩,肌肉纵径缩短,横径增宽,肌肉断端上部呈"羽毛"状改变;部分撕裂7例,MRI表现为肌腹增粗,体积增大,在各序列肌肉内弥漫性高信号,但在矢状位或冠状位显示有层面连续。结论:MRI能清晰显示小腿三头肌肉形态及其内部结构,可以准确诊断撕裂的部位和程度,为临床治疗提供准确的诊断及治疗依据。 Objective2Study on triceps surae muscle tear injury of magnetic resonance imaging (MR1) imaging. Methods Analysis of 19 cases with clear leg trauma history, clinical and MRI complete tearing of the information is complete or partial tear injury cases, summarizing their characteristic MRI findings. Results: MRI diagnosis of completely tearing 12 cases. MRI characteristic behave as muscles form irregular, sequences of mixed high signal continuity interrupted and back completely, longitudinal muscle diameter short transverse diameter broadening, muscle off- side upper " feathered" shape changing;, Partial tear in 7 cases, MRI manifested as muscle belly augmentation, volume increased in all sequences of diffuse high muscle signals, but in a sagittal or Coronal show level continuous. Conclusion MRI can clearly display the triceps muscle morphology and intemal structure, location and extent of the tear can accurately diagnose, provide accurate diagnosis and treatment based on clinical treatment.
