摘要 目的探讨吸毒患者手术麻醉处理效果。方法对60例吸毒患者行异物取出术,均选用连续硬膜外麻醉。结果麻醉效果满意,麻醉过程中患者生命体征基本平稳。结论对经济条件受限的吸毒患者手术麻醉,选用连续硬膜外麻醉效果较好,麻醉中辅以芬太尼、安定和氯胺酮,对防治戒断症状,完善麻醉和确保安全均有益处。 Objective To study the effect of anesthesia in drug patients with surgical.Methods Sixty cases of drug patients with foreign matter from surgery wre chosen for continuous epidural anesthesia method.Results Anesthesia with satisfactory effect,anaesthetic process patient vital signs basic stable.Conclusion For limited economic conditions of drug patients with surgery anesthesia,choose continuous epidural anesthesia effect is good,anaesthetic process auxiliary use fentanyl,valium and ketamine,the prevention and cure of patients withdrawal symptoms,perfect the anesthesia and safety,all have benefits.
