氯胺酮对深低温低流量体外循环下血浆S100β和NSE水平的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨氯胺酮对家兔非经胸深低温低流量体外循环脑损伤的保护作用。方法:成年家兔10只随机分为两组(每组5只):氯胺酮预处理组(K组5只)及对照组(C组5只)建立非经胸深低温低流量体外循环模型;采用酶联免疫法检测血浆神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、S100β蛋白浓度。结果:两组间各时点血流动力学稳定。两组神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)浓度及S100β蛋白浓度随着体外循环时间变化而升高,但组内各时点两两比较发现降温至20℃时,深低温低流量循环30min后NSE浓度比较差异无统计学意义;实验组体外循环NSE浓度及S100β蛋白浓度均较对照组低。结论:S100β蛋白和NSE是检测体外循环早期脑损伤有效神经生化指标。氯胺酮预处理对DHLF致脑损伤有保护作用,其机制可能为多途径抗炎性反应。
