摘要
本文以地处鲁中平原传统粮棉区的潍坊市为背景,在对该地区经济发展中等的高密市进行调查和分析的基础上,探讨这一地区农民土地流转意愿的基本情况,分析与土地流转有关的诸多因素对农民土地流转意愿的影响以及目前土地流转意愿与行为的特点。认为现在大部分农民既有土地转出的意愿又有转入的意愿;农民土地流转意愿受到经济、社会等多种因素的影响;农民在土地流转方式的选择上倾向于保留土地的承包权;农民对土地所有权的期望呈现两极化特点。
Weifang is a traditional grain and cotton district of plain in middle areas Shandong Province. This text regards it as the background. On the basis of surveying and analyzing of Gaomi County, probe into this basic situation of the circulating will of regional peasant. It is analyzed that the factors related to the land circulating, the influence to the will and land at present, the characteristics of the will and behavior to the land circulating. Think that most peasants have land circulating will; The peasant land circulating will is influenced by many kinds of factors, such as economy, society, etc; peasants incline to keep right of contracting of land on the choice of the land circulation way; Peasant’s expectation to land ownership appears polarization.
