The corresponding problem in the clinical practice of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy

摘要 当前，国内外相关各学科疾病的临床指南颁布得越来越多。但是，不论是指南的制定者还是实践者，都已注意到指南的时代局限性，尤其是在医疗实践中，临床指南尚不能解决所有的临床问题，也取代不了临床判断和临床具体操作步骤。临床发现子痫前期可以向前追溯百年以上，但对于早发型子痫前期的认识仅可以向前追溯至20多年前。
