摘要
目的随着城镇化的快速发展,小城镇环境质量问题日愈凸显。开展小城镇环境质量评价,找出其环境质量存在问题和原因,制定小城镇可持续发展的根本对策。方法基于"居民视角",选择自然、人居环境、公共服务、景观风貌等评价因素,构建小城镇环境质量评价指标体系,采取问卷调查和访谈的形式获取咸阳市十三个县区居民对小城镇环境质量满意度的评价得分。并以主成分分析法、借助SPSS17.0统计分析软件对问卷数据进行运算处理。结果得出咸阳市不同县区小城镇环境质量的综合评价值。结论咸阳市小城镇环境质量空间差异较大,小城镇环境质量综合评价值与所在县区经济状况和区位条件并非正相关。
Aim To formulate the fundamental countermeasures for the sustainable development of small towns by carrying out environmental quality assessment of small town to find out the problems and reasons in environmental quality because the environmental quality in small towns is becoming ever more prominent with the rapid development of urbanization. Methods Based on the ＂the per-spective of residents＂, natural environment, living environment, public services, landscape character and other evaluation factors are chosen to build an index system of environmental quality evaluation in small towns and the satisfaction rating score of environmental quality in small towns is obtained from the residents in thirteen counties in Xianyang City by questionnaires and interviews. The questionnaire data are processed by principal component analysis and SPSS17.0 statistical analysis software. Results The evaluation value of environmental quality of different small cities and towns in Xianyang City is obtained. Conclusion The spatial difference of environment quality between the small towns are relatively considerable, the residents＇ satisfaction appraisal value of the environmental quality is not positive correlation with the economic conditions and regional conditions of the county.
