摘要
首先对苄嘧磺隆和丙草胺复配的20%水分散粒剂(WDG)配方中使用的助剂、填充剂进行选择和优化;按照产品加工工艺所示的方法制得制剂,并对制剂热贮前后的崩解性、润湿分散性悬浮稳定性等各项性能指标进行检测,根据实验结果研制出了性能优良的配方;最后对较佳配方制得的制剂进行热贮稳定性试验.实验结果表明:在悬浮率、乳化性及稳定性等性能指标较好的情况下,崩解时间为60s,符合水分散粒剂的技术指标要求,解决了液体原药固体化、崩解难的问题.
The additives and vectors were selected and optimized for being used in the formulation of 20% bensulfuron-methyl·pretilachlor water dispersible granule.Preparations were performed within the product processing methods.Disintegration,suspension rat and wetting dispersion before and after the heat storage of 20% bensulfuron-methyl·pretilachlor water dispersible granule were measured.Based on these experimental results,a better formula was obtained.At last,the heat storage stability of the resulted preparation was tested.The results were as follows: when suspension rat,emulsification,stability and other indicators were in good conditions,disintegration time was 60 s,which satisfied the quality standard of water dispersible granules.The formula proved to be reasonable.And this solved the problems of the solidification for liquid original drug and the difficult disintegration.
